Front Desk Treatment Coordinator
We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated TREATMENT PLAN and SCHEDULING COORDINATOR using DENTRIX, 4 days a week to be a positive long-term addition to our dental team. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and provide outstanding customer satisfaction. The candidate needs to be proficient with computers and record keeping.
Must be proficient in:
- DENTRIX
- TREATMENT PLAN COORDINATION (in DENTRIX)
- SCHEDULING (in DENTRIX)
- Greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Exceptional telephone and customer service skills
- Schedule appointments and maintaining the schedule
- Checking patients in and out; Including collecting payments at time of service
- Understanding of PPO, Medicaid, and DHMO insurance
- Verifying dental insurance benefits
- Strong multitasking abilities and eagerness to learn
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
